The TRX Lunge is by far one of the best leg strength exercises using the suspension trainer. Here I take you through a step by step guide for beginners how to do the exercise correctly and really train the legs well. NAME - TRX Lunge ADJUSTMENT - Mid Calf POSITION - Stand facing away from the anchor point START - Stand tall with shoulders above hips MOVEMENT - Push the hips back and down till the knee is on the floor and the front knee is vertical to the ankle.
