进入冬月,村子里开始陆续杀年猪了,我们都把年猪饭当成一个重要的日子,在家的人用一年甚至更久的时间来喂养一头年猪,往往也要在外打工和读书的家人都回来了,再选择一天好日子,会提前通知亲戚朋友到家里帮忙和吃年猪饭!杀猪当天我们把猪身上最好的部分拿出来招待客人,施甸的年猪饭,必不可少的三道菜便是,酸腌菜拌生肉,凉拌火烧皮,白片肉蘸酸猪血。用老人话说,吃了这一年一次的生肉,这年猪饭才算完整! ※Click "cc" on the lower right menu to choose your subtitle language. In winter months, villagers begin to slaughter pigs one after another for the Chinese New Year. We consider the pig meal a big event. Those who stay at home spend a year or more time raising a pig. When our relatives and friends who work or study outside come back home, we’ll invite them to give a helping hand and enjoy the pig meal on a good day. On the day we kill the pig, we’ll choose the best part of the pig to treat our guests. Here in Shidian County, three must-haves for the pig feast are: minced raw pork with pickled mustard greens, shredded pig skin cooked over fire, and boiled pork slices with sour pig blood.
