F major 3 octaves D minor aeolian 3 octaves for advanced alto saxophone players presented by Steve Bone. Patience is required to be able to play the altissimo notes fluently so I recommend you work on G, A, Bb, C, D, E & F individually first. Once these notes are sounding use a metronome to gain facility over and through the 2nd break. Good luck and blow strong & funky.
