Mad Max Game - Big Nothing in the Interceptor

I¬ sure if this is a glitch, as I&read that most people who use the interceptor to go out into the big nothing eventually hit a sort of "kill wall." I got the interceptor, then went and did the only death race you can do in the interceptor, and then after the race continued driving the car out into the big nothing (expecting to die like I usually do). This time I was able to go very very far out, eventually meeting a sharp cliff, after which the terrain leveled out as far as visible. I didn&think to start recording until a bit past the usual "death border."
