Joanna Newsom - Only Skin

Joanna Newsom&&Skin&is a sprawling, cinematic masterpiece, and the linchpin of a greater song cycle called &her second studio album. Our bassoonist, Kevin Harris, arranged this work, drawing from the subtle orchestration done by film composer Van Dyke Parks. This performance was made possible by our incredible and devoted collaborators: singer Hillary Jean Young, and harpist Angela Schwarzkopf.
