MGSV: Phantom Pain - Quiet Cell Location on Mother Base (Metal Gear Solid 5 Secrets)

During Side Op 111: Visit Quiet, Ocelot is there lecturing on Quiet&condition in her cell (Medical Platform of Mother Base). This is for the game Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain. Find out where is Quiet located and how to get there. If you visit her holding cell after this speech (after completing the Side Op), Ocelot is no longer there, but Quiet will go through the same actions (showering, laying on the bench, etc). The sunlight goes directly into her cell and if you look up you can see the sky. She needs photosynthesis to survive, so her cell has direct view of the sky.
