Follow me: Holly’s Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken: 4 chicken breast (boneless) (OR 5 if frozen) 4 chicken thighs (boneless) (OR 5 if frozen) 20 oz. can pineapple chunks (plus it’s juice) 18 oz. teriyaki marinade 2 Tb. crushed garlic 2 chopped green bell peppers (OR 1 bag (10 oz.) frozen chopped green bell peppers) 1 Tb. corn starch Drain the pineapple juice from the can (put the pineapple chunks to the side), it will be about one cup. In a medium bowl add the teriyaki marinade, pineapple juice, and crushed garlic. Mix it all up well. Put chicken pieces in crockpot (or slow cooker), pour pineapple chunks, chopped green bell peppers, and sauce over chicken. Put lid on crockpot, cook 7 – 8 hours on low. After 7 – 8 is up, pull chicken pieces out and place on a large cutting board, chop up chicken pieces into large cubes.
