~ Disclaimer: This is not sponsored or in any way influenced by ART Pro Audio, they have no knowledge of this video and we have had no contact. I bought this product with my own money and am not getting paid by the company or any third party to make and upload this video. The thoughts and opinions in this video are mine only. Gear and signal path used: Rode NT2-A vocal condenser microphone running into ART Tube MP Studio V3 (with +40dB of input gain and +10dB of output gain), with a line-level signal coming out of the ART Tube MP to Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 (1st Gen) Input 1 with 0dB of added gain, feeding into Windows 11 PC running Pro Tools 11. For the actual test (i.e., when I say "The quick brown fox jumped over the fence" and run through each of the ART Tube MP presets), I am using the above signal path and recording the resultant audio. For the rest of the video, my voice is captured by my video-recording device (which happens to be an iPhone XS, but not that that&really that relevant). I do not apply any digital signal processing on the recorded audio (i.e., no equalization, no compression, no other effects); what you hear during the test is what the ART Tube MP sounds like. I am using Audio-Technica ATH-M50x limited edition Lantern Glow coloured headphones, reviewed elsewhere on this channel.
