How to accept invites to a private Github repository

Step 1) Open email with invite Step 2) Click on the green "View Invitation" Step 3A) If you are already logged into github then you will see a button to Accept Invitation. Click and you&good to go! Step 3B) If you are not logged into github then you will get a 404 "Error" page. In this case, Sign in to github then go ahead and do Step 3A. If it does not work click on the invite on email again to see it. I made this quick video because too often I see colleagues having issues with invites thinking they are invalid because they see the 404 message when not logged in.
