[Fix] Error 0x80070424 in Windows Update and Microsoft Store. Windows Update and Windows Store are inter-dependable services on Windows 10. So, many times when an error like 0x80070424, ERROR_SERVICE_DOES_NOT_EXIST occurs for one, the other service is prone or affected by it too.
