Shows how to get the keys, unlock the color-coded obstacles, and reach the exit in Doom 64 level 23, Unholy Temple. Enable Captions for on-screen notes, and see below for additional info. Note that most combat has been resolved ahead of time in order to make a shorter video that focuses mainly on the stated objectives. (For example, the Arachnotrons in the water at the start of the level have already been killed, and this opens the teleporters leading out of the water.) Some living monsters remain, however, since killing them will trigger events that allow the player to progress through the level. Also, this is not the most efficient path through the level; the route was chosen to show the color-coded obstacles in a particular order, and then maintain that same order as those obstacles were unlocked, and then revisited (see below for the full list of timestamps). Obstacles and their color-coded markers: Number 1, Yellow-Red-Blue (Y-R-B), locked door in water-area building Number 2, Red-Blue-Yellow (R-B-Y), bars blocking switch near blue key Number 3, Blue-Yellow-Red (B-Y-R), bars blocking switch near the exit Obstacles are unlocked at the 3-switch cluster by activating color-coded switches in sequence, using the left-to-right order of the color-coded markers next to the obstacles. Warning: Activating the switches in an order that does not match any color-coded marker will cause Hell Knights to spawn into the room, and the room will be sealed shut until they are killed....
