Ingredients: 1 tsp oil 250g minced pork 50g shiitake or oyster mushrooms 1/4 tsp five spice powder 1 tbs soy sauce 1 tsp dark soy sauce 2 tsp hoisin sauce 2 tbs tahini (sesame paste) 1 tbs peanut butter 3 tbs soy sauce 1 tbs sesame oil 2 tsp sugar 1/2 five spice powder 1/2 ground szechuan pepper 1 tsp chopped garlic 500ml warm water 180g noodles 50g bok choy 1 chopped spring onion 1 red chili pepper 1 tbs unsalted peanuts 1. Select the saute option on the 3000 Series All-in-One Cooker and set to 10 minutes 2. Add oil into the inner pot. When warm enough, add the minced pork and sliced mushrooms, saute for 6 minutes. 3. Add the regular and dark soy sauce, five spice powder and hoisin sauce into the pot. Mix and continue cooking for 4 more minutes 4. In the meantime, mix the tahini, peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, five spice powder, ground Szechuan pepper, chopped garlic and warm water into a separate bowl. 5. Pour the sauce mixture over the meat in the cooker pot. 6. Add noodles and make sure they are fully submerged and covered in the water mixture. Close and lock the lid 7.
