GAMEMAX ICE CHILL 240 - Can this £60 aRGB AIO CPU Cooler handle a Ryzen 9?

Hey folks, a year or so ago I took a look at the ultra budget AIO - the Iceberg from Gamemax and overall, for around £50, the no frills and high performance approach was actually impressive, keeping an overclocked i7 8700K under control and doing exactly what it said on the tin. Now Gamemax is back with a new AIO - a more premium offering called the ICE CHILL with more bells and whistles while still keeping the price nice and reasonable, around £50 for the single fan 120mm Rad version and just over £60 for the twin Fan 240mm version I have here today. So today we are going to be taking a look at the ICE CHILL and see how it holds up in my Daily Driver RIG which for the last year has actually been back on air using a beefy twin fan, 6 heat pipe tower cooler. So will this budget AIO be able to hold a candle to a good tower cooler and what exactly are you getting for your money with the Ice Chill 240...
