Copy Text from Images, Videos and Apps with PowerToys Text Extractor

If you have a need to copy text from something like a picture, website, paused video or an app that doesn&allow you to highlight it to select it, you can now do so using the Microsoft PowerToys Text Extractor tool. This will let you select an area of text on the screen and copy it to the clipboard so you can then paste the text wherever you need it to go. It works in a similar fashion as the Snipping Tool but with text rather than images. Here is a link to download the software.
