Silent Hill 2 PC How to fix the sound looping completely

I apologize for the flickering in parts of this video my recording software isn&being very cooperative today "Being the reason the game video is in the top left corner" stupid thing. But anyways. I really couldn&find anything on the web that was a legitimate way to fix the sound looping and freezing videos. I couldn&stand to play this game with crappy sound and freezing videos causing me to reset the game constantly just for it to freeze and make terrible sound loops all over again. It was so annoying and aggravating that I couldn&play one of my all time favorite games smoothly and flawless. So I decided to mess around with it until I solved the issue and I finally figured it out and I thought I would share this for those of you who are having issues trying to play this game flawless with great sound to take the stress off your shoulders and I hope this video helps :) Also at the bottom of the screen when I am typing, I am typing "MSCONFIG" that&what you need to type in if you are using a Microsoft OS to change your core statistics to 1 core. Or single core mode. Then click on "boot" then "advanced options" and there you will have the option of changing the cores you have set :)
