This is the second of three classes in the BASI Flow Mat series with Mira Hassan. This is an Intermediate level class that will cover some Intermediate level exercises of BASI Pilates. I have structured this class in a BASI Flow style where one exercise will flow to another, creating a smooth and fluid class, following the BASI Block System. The BASI Flow Mat is a signature of BASI Pilates, created by Rael Isacowitz. No equipment is required, just a mat, and commit to yourself!
