The Taishogoto is a Japanese harp, that is like a cross between a typewriter and a lap dulcimer. I have the Suzuki Ran Soprano model. It has 5 strings, all tuned to G. The lowest is like a drone, and does not get &by the keys. It requires an internal 9V battery. It functions like an electric guitar, connected by a lead, or wirelessly to an amplifier, It has 27 typewriter style keys, laid out like a piano. There are tone and volume pots, and a toggle switch.
