This is the VIP one, the 20 watt. I work as a guitar teacher and I teach all kinds of levels. This is the main amp that I usually tell my beginners to go buy. And one time I thought it was broken and I realize it does that unless you plug it in. Once you plug it in it kind of normalizes. So, I guess that’s just telling you it’s ready to go. By the way, I’ve owned like six of these, and I had the older model too so I’m very comfortable with this amp and I highly recommend it, if you’re a beginner or even advanced or intermediate.
