The “Master Inverter” is a stationary pallet changer that transfers the load from a one pallet to another. The stationary pallet changer adjusts the position of the load on pallet in order to create the best conditions for transferring the load. If you need to handle products like bags or big bags, we usually cover the wooden pallet with a cardboard or a slip sheet in order to prevent any bag tearing. The automatic pallet changer performs the following operations: 1. The entire load and the new pallet are placed into the “Master Inverter”; 2. The pallet changer machine lifts the load through a lever system operated by pneumatic cylinders. 3. The side pressure closes the load. The blades system slide on the top of the new pallet. 4.
