Find and delete empty folders and files - handy freeware utility for Windows

This is a quick look at a very handy freeware utility by Ashisoft which can find and delete empty folders and 0kB files. I use it to search a folder of Mac fonts that I was supplied. Type 1 Mac fonts in particular do not copy to a PC file system, instead you end up with a load of zero kilobyte files. I don&want those files as they won&work and will confuse me thinking I have that font available, so using this tool I filter out the zero kilobyte files and then the empty folders. You can, of course, use this however you wish, just be aware that this is a tool that will be removing files from your hard drive so make sure you know what has been deleted or test the program with a backup of your folder first.
