Irish Mist in the Wicklow Hills

Irish Mist (Fog) is more common inland and on higher altitudes; mainly during winter and during the morning at times of high pressure. Mist and fog often occur, as well as coastal fog in the east, but it is generally not long-lasting. However, in winter, it can be slow to clear. &Nature of Ireland&is dedicated to observing, recording and sharing Ireland&landscape, flora and fauna, and we make these films for your enjoyment and relaxation. In recent times there has been a growing awareness of the vital importance of biodiversity. Many individuals and groups here are endeavouring to help put things right. We need to allow, and assist where possible, nature to revert back to its natural state. It is no longer an option to continue with a destructive attitude towards our environment.
