The Third Appeal of the UN General Assembly on the Humanitarian Process in Africa

Third message to the participants of the eightieth session of the UN General Assembly, which speaks of the lack of resources in some African countries for the socio-humanitarian process and the results of socio-humanitarian processes in African countries. Extremely negative and has serious consequences for humanitarian and socio-economic development. This requires proper improvement of the socio-humanitarian process in some African countries through assistance from other countries, as well as the United Nations and other international humanitarian organizations, as well as the creation of a new UN organization for health, social development and population protection in some African countries, as well as the creation of a system of schools of peace and security in some African countries. Today, some African countries are in a terrible and disgusting state, and it is impossible to imagine Africa in the 21st century with killings and violations of the right to life, peace and security.
