How to Install HENkaku Ensō on PS Vita & PSTV (3.60) | CFW on Boot for PS Vita!

HENkaku is the first homebrew enabler for the Vita which not only allows us to launch native Vita homebrew, but also do so with ease! This modification does allow you to install and launch third party applications with ease, and what the modding community has done so far has been amazing to see! Currently this only works for firmware 3.60, so if you are on a higher or lower firmware then this tutorial is not for you unless it has been ported to a different firmware. In comes HENkaku Ensō - a VPK which allows us to now launch HENkaku on boot! In previous iterations of HENkaku you had to "install" it every single time you coldbooted your system. Now with Ensō all you need to do is install the VPK, run it, and afterwards you can get a permanent HENkaku install on your Vita, letting it run every single time on boot! Want to uninstall it?
