E39 BMW 540i Muffler Delete DIY

I love my E39 BMW 540i M-Sport; it is the perfect daily driver. However, that 300 HP V8 was WAY too quiet. After some quick research I decided a muffler delete was in order, but no one really had a video showing what to do. So, I made one. The hardest part is getting the right turndown size: 2.75 inches. I had to modify a 2.5 inch clamp on turndown and attach it with a band clamp. I am so much happier with the car now. It sounds just as good as it looks and fits the speed of the car so much better. It was a super easy process (Despite my blade being dull). There is no drone when cruising as the car is so well built, but all full throttle it really sings. You won®ret this. Subscribe! Comment!
