Hello everyone, this is Nathan from Seoul Walker! 👋 Today’s video captures one of Seoul’s most passionate and time-honored traditions — the Joongdong High School Suneung (College Scholastic Ability Test) Cheer Ceremony. Every year, hundreds of younger students gather to cheer for their senior classmates, performing synchronized chants and dances they’ve practiced for months. Their energy, unity, and brotherhood fill the campus — a perfect symbol of youth and tradition in Korea. 🇰🇷✨ If you enjoyed this glimpse into Korean school culture, don’t forget to like, subscribe, and share to support Seoul Walker! 🙏 To fly a drone legally in Korea, you must first register your drone with the Korea Office of Civil Aviation (KOCA), even if it’s under 250g. Also, you need to apply for flight permission in advance for each location through the official UOM (UAS Operation Management) system. Most areas in Seoul are restricted or controlled airspace, and flying without permission can lead to a fine of at least 1.6 million KRW (~$1,200 USD). Historic sites like Gyeongbokgung or national parks are extremely difficult to get approval for, and flying without permission in those places is strictly prohibited.
