Empress Vintage Modified Superdelay Demo

This features a kind of uneventful A-C(I add a 9 on the majors except for the last F and G) chord progression that attempts to demonstrate the OLD TAPE setting on the Empress Vintage Modified Superdelay. On the Vintage Modified version of the Supderdelay the tape mode settings are BASIC, VINTAGE, and OLD in sub-mode A, B, and C, respectively. I also had the modulation activated on the slow setting. The Vintage Modified Superdelay differs from the Superdelay with increased modulation in TAPE Sub-modes B and C, the VINTAGE and OLD sub-modes. Also in the OLD sub-mode, the highs are rolled off 15% and contain additional grit. To kick it up a notch, I attempt to simulate an alien space craft taking off. This utilized the autowah mode of my Voodoo Labs Wahzoo, Effectrode Tube Drive, Empress Tremolo going into my Genz-Benz Black Pearl 30 combo. Pickup used is a Seymour Duncan &then switches to the TB-5 at about 1:05 for crazy stuff. Recorded live as you see it in Sonar.
