[ISSUES] GameSir G4s Wireless Gamepad - USB Dongle not Detected on PC (Solved on Pinned Comment)

This Gamepad was used by me for almost five months. This Gamepad was works very great. Until 3 days ago, the Gamepad and the Dongle just don&connected to each other. So i&tried to contact the Customer Support of GameSir. At 1st, they gave me an solution, to upgrade the firmware. They gave me the tools and manuals, i&done the firmware upgrade but nothing&solved. The Next Day, they replied me again. They want to see what kind of the problem it is in a Video.
