Second location (1191,-385, 922) 1500m north east of the starting pod and 370m down. There is a third location which might be easier at the base of a large mushroom tree in the mushroom forest roughly 1000m NW of the starting location at (-908, -142, 594.6). This location does not have any rubies though.
