This is the trombone solo by Curtis Fuller on John Coltrane&Locomotion recorded in 1957 and released on the album Blue Train in 1958. This is the fortieth instalment of our inspiration series, which aims to provide short clips of jazz recordings to keep you inspired throughout your journey in jazz tuition. Curtis Fuller&trombone solo here is delightful to listen to and it&great to hear his articulation and phrasing on this fast bluesy song.
