Press and hold the RESUME button before pressing and holding the POWER button. 3. Release the RESUME button and press the RESUME button twice more in quick succession. Note: You are still holding the POWER button). The printer’s carriage will “reset” or move momentarily. If the above was performed correctly the printer will enter “Service Mode”. 4. Press the RESUME button four more times and this will select the clear waste ink counter function. The lamp will change color each time you press resume.
