Press and hold the RESUME button before pressing and holding the POWER button. 3. Release the RESUME button and press the RESUME button twice more in quick succession. Note: You are still holding the POWER button). The printer’s carriage will “reset” or move momentarily. If the above was performed correctly the printer will enter “Service Mode”. 4.
