How to Make REAPER scroll and zoom like Ableton Live with mouse or trackpad

I love Ableton&way of scrolling and zooming with the mouse in a project. I hate REAPER&default zoom behavior. But I like REAPER a lot for other reasons, one of them being how much you can customize it. Here&how to make it&scrolling behavior really, really close to Ableton. Worth the fuss since you&most likely going to be flying around inside your projects all the time, especially if you do a lot of editing or production inside REAPER.
