Jeanette Jenkins: Cardio That Sculpts

Jeanette Jenkins takes you through a "Cardio Chisel Camp." What does that mean? Well, essentially we’re getting your heart rate going and we’re going to use light weights to tone all your muscles. 8 pounds is as high as you’ll want to go here, and feel free to use lighter ones if needed. We start off with some squats. Depending on your fitness level, you may need to rest quicker than others. That’s okay! Don’t overdo it. It takes time to build up your strength. Once we get into the jog, you can stay at a simple march if you’re feeling too tired. If not, please join me in a higher-powered jog! There are several workouts throughout this video, so prepare for some diversity. We’re going to alternate between sculpting moves and cardio moves. Don’t be fooled though. The cardio moves are still sculpting your muscles as well! This is an all around great muscle workout.
