What&up guys! Today&video is an in season volleyball workout! It&strength training for volleyball players in the season, and it&a volleyball jump workout with plyometrics for volleyball too. We start off with jump training for volleyball players, so the goal is to be able to transition off the ground as quickly as possible. We do multidirectional jumps, both double leg and single leg, for volleyball players since it&super important they can move and jump quickly without getting stuck on the ground. After, we move into some power training for volleyball players, strength training for volleyball players, and injury prevention and corrective exercises for volleyball players. Volleyball is a very repetitive sport, so we need to make sure we are counteracting those repetitive movements in the gym. We do a lot of back exercises, focusing on the pulling movement. We also do a lot of injury prevention volleyball training and balance and stability training for volleyball. Since it&in season volleyball training, we still want to strength training to maintain our strength levels!
