oculus rift s crashing and bad audio (for support to see)

hope i can get this problem fixed as it is unplayable at the moment. Things i have already tried *i have disconnected wire from pc and headset * i have updated windows and all of my drivers *i have tried disabling all other audio devices *i have tried reinstalling oculus software and drivers *i have tried beta public test channel *i have tried taking off the overclock on my gpu and putting it on
