We were invited to Mirabel, QC by Mitsubishi Motors Canada to test out their Super All-Wheel-Control in the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV on a purpose-built snow & ice course, and how winter tires make a big difference versus all-seasons. Here&the devices we use to film and edit this show: On this special episode of TestDrive we&on-location in Mirabel, Québec at the ICAR track to put the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV to the test, and see how the S-AWC system functions to keep drivers safe on the road in rough conditions. Engineers from Mitsubishi in Japan were on-site to &these vehicles and essentially disable S-AWC, providing us with a standard AWD feel while comparing it back-to-back with a number of other drive modes available on the Outlander PHEV. We also had a chance to see how this SUV performs with Yokohama BluEarth winter tires, versus the standard all-season tires that come on this vehicle. We take the 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV on a two distinct circuits to put this vehicle through it&paces and test the capabilities, with some incredible drone footage, POV, and exterior shots to compliment our driving experience.
