FIRST BATTLE OF TAPAE 88 AD l ROME vs DACIA l +20.000 UNITS l Total War: ROME 2 l Cinematic Battle

This is my representation of the First Battle of Tapae in 88 AD, between Tettius Julianus, roman commander, and Decebalus, Dacian king. After the defeat of Corneliu Fuscus (86 AD) at the ambush at the Iron Gates, emperor Domitian ordered Tettius Julianus to march into Dacian territory and crush Decebalus. Unfortunately, there is no historical information about how the battle was fought. We know only that both sides lost a lot of men in the battle, but the Romans won. This representation is not historically accurate, but I&tried my best to make it cinematic and interesting. Also, a lot of sounds in battle are included manually by me.
