How To Put In Hoop Nose Ring

Hoop shown is solid 14K gold 8mm in diameter (how wide the hoop is), and 20 gauge (thickness). Want this hoop? Here ya go: How to put in this solid gold nose hoop ring: Gently twist the ends away from each other. Slide the end of the hoop through the front of your piercing. Thread the hoop through until both the ends of the hoop are in front of your nostril, so you can twist the ends back together. To avoid a gap, as you twist the ends back together, twist them TOWARDS each other. Don&be afraid to push the ends past each other, working the ends back and forth until they line up. Then thread the hoop through your piercing until the seam of the hoop is not visible (behind the nostril). Want a close up of how to close the hoop?
