The multi hip machine allows you to work multiple hip exercises from one machine. In this tutorial we have gone through some of the most common exercises: • Hip Adductor - This works the inner thigh and contributes to the stabilisation of the leg. • Hip Abductor - An often forgotten muscles but has benefits which can reduce the knee caving inwards, relieve some forms of knee pain and can tone your glutes. • Hip Extension - This is a good exercise to strengthen hamstrings and glutes which are key in pelvic alignment and lower back support.
