War Thunder Dev - Trying out the AIM-54 Phoenix, using TWS

This is the dev server. I will only shoot at bots in this video, who make perfect targets and fly straight. The AIM-54 Phoenix is far from OP, it seems to fly rather slowly at low altitudes. Its range is great however, better than the aim-7F. But since it does not turn that well, and has a very visible smoke, I highly doubt it will be effective against but the blindest players. Oh wait, top tier has many blind players... Oh no. The most useful feature is the TWS mode. But it is very hard in WT to guess how it works, due to the lack of info... No idea if a missile is self tracking, or being guided with TWS over datalink. Using the AIM-54 for ranges below 15km is rather useless, because you don&have the time to fire on multiple targets, and thus the aim-7F does a better job. Most useful feature is the F-14&radar and agility, more than the AIM-54 actually... AIM-9H are a nice touch, I&give you that.
