Oil Seal, dust seal and suspension oil change - Marzocchi Bomber 2002 MXC Air - Part 1

This is the first of a 3-part step-by-step DIY video for those who would like to service their Marzocchi Bomber 2002 MXC Air front suspension fork. Key parts required for the DIY: 1) Oil seal change - Size: 30mm x 40mm x 8mm 2) Dust seal* - Size - 30mm x 40.2 x 8/14 (Cant find this part therefore we had to design our own and printed using 3D Printing) 3) Seal insertion tool** - Customised 3D printed part 4) 5W Fork oil - Standard available in market (7.5 W for those who refer slightly higher viscosity - using 50% 5W + 50% 10W) Key tools required: 1) 21 mm Socket wrench - for removal of air chamber cap 2) 15 mm socket wrench - for removal of lowers bottom nuts 3) Flat Screwdriver 4) Isopropyl Alcohol and lint free cloth and rags for cleaning *Dust Seal will be available soon at MOBISTUDIOS (Australia) online store. **Seal insertion tool will be available soon at MOBISTUDIOS (Australia) online store. #baikibikes #designandtechnology
