You&need to unpack the Texture Pack files and put them in: "memstickPSPTEXTURES" and you might need to also activate Texture Replacement (Settings - Tools - Developer Tools - Replace textures X) to make it work properly. This mod is still a work-in-progress so it¬ 100% finished and not every portrait or texture is upscaled as of the time I&posting this video, but it&still very impressive considering how otherwise we&get a 480 × 272 resolution as this is a PSP exclusive. Performance is perfect! PPSSPP runs great on pretty much any setup nowadays (even on smartphones) and this game ain&taxing at all.
