Tears for Fears - Everybody Wants to Rule the World

Everybody Wants to Rule the World was released on March 18, 1985 by English band Tears for Fears. While not directly related to the Gulf War, and released well before it, the song was considered so relevant that due to the political undertones of the song, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) banned the broadcast of the song for the duration of the Gulf War.
