Halo 3 MCC Flight Mod : Heavy Phantom

I am preparing myself for halo 3 release on MCC to work on a project, swapping each faction in the campaign. To replace the pelican firing missiles, I needed a covenant version and here it is, the Heavy Phantom. It is inspired of the AA wraith and is quite destructive.
