Lest We Forget. The 11th Hour, of the 11th Day, of the 11th Month, a special time to honor those who have given their all. Two minutes of total silence in a city of millions - London, is something special to witness and remember. It is difficult to express the emotion and solemnity of the day in pictures. The music is "Nimrod", one of the Enigma Variations by the popular and well-known composer Sir Edward Elgar, and played by the Coldstream Guards Band. It is performed each year at the Cenotaph ceremony.
