Recipe is below: FAMOUS BEEF AND BROCCOLI CLAY POT RICE 4 oz. sliced beef 4 oz. chopped broccoli 1 tablespoon sliced ginger 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1/2 teaspoon light soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup rice 1 egg 2 teaspoons cooking oil 1 tablespoon dark sweet soy sauce In a bowl, put the sliced beef. Add ginger, garlic, soy sauce and salt and mix well with a spoon. Marinade for at least 1/2 hour. Wash rice in cold water. Rinse rice 3 or 4 times until water is clear. Turn stove on to low to medium heat for electric or gas stove. Clay pot will break under high heat. On electric strove, you need to put a metal bracket on the heating coil so the clay pot does not touch directly on the electric coil. Fill water to edge line and cover with a lid. When the steam comes out of the lid hole, it means the water is boiling. Be careful when you remove the cover because it may be really hot. Add rice to clay pot and cover again.
