In this video my sister Sonya is joining me for our favorite ballet workout we&been doing together during the vacation. We&included the exercises we like a lot in this routine and decided to call it "Ultimate Ballet Workout" because for us it feels like one. In this 15-minute workout we&doing abs, obliques, back exercises as well as the ones for legs and arms.
