Xhorse Bimtool pro failed to read isn and damage ecu flash

Here you can see xhorse Bimtool pro, what it can&do. I use newest update and second time failed. But I can say Vvdi2 do this as need and ecu will come back to alive. But for what I have pay much moneyto xhorse? Support say only they will give info to the team. So no help from xhorse!!!!!! To loyal customer
