Steam Trains and Music: Snow!

Thanks to YouTube&new music library for creators, I am able to bring you something different this week: trains set to music! Come along for a ride aboard the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad in Colorado for a journey through a winter wonderland. This sequence of shots were all filmed just a day or two after the first snow fall of the season in 2012 and boy what a snowfall it was - beautiful pristine snow drifts everywhere and huge, billowing steam clouds from the trains! The piece that accompanies these clips is called Waltz of the Flowers by Tchaikovsky. While it might not be winter themed, I felt that it did a nice job setting the mood.
