Toyota Fortuner Bumper Gap Repair

The All New Toyota Fortuner, has a rather-common front bumper problem. Gaps will appear, even leading to tearing on the upper bumper lip. The problem mostly occur in many newer fortuners (2018-onward, especially the TRD ones). Some even have the problem appearing upon delivery from the dealer. This can be fixed by adjusting the headlight bracket so the bumper would sit precisely without pulling, or warping the plastic. This video documents the fix based on previous cases and owner&experience: first the bumper removal/disassembly, bumper frame/headlight adjustment, grill/attachments reconditioning and installation of the new bumper.
