Right then you orrible lot this week on Burntwolf airsoft im going to be taking alook at the AGM S&T MG42 Now been a fan of historical airsoft guns i really couldn&wait to get my hands on the monstrous reproduction of the infamous ww2 German light machine gun known to allied troops as "the buzz saw" And i certainly was not disappointed,with its soild full metal and wood construction this airsoft replica really goes the distance in recreating that mean look. Measuring in at a whopping 123cm the mg42 weighs a mighty although i think this is still a manageable weight for a airsoft gun some of the smaller players are going to have some problems lugging this thing about!Thankfully tho it comes with a really soild bipod to help take the weight off of your arms. The S&T AGM mg42 comes with a 2400 round electric drum mag that takes 4 AA batteries to power it.Ian the owner of this gun also recommended only using the bigger lipo batteries to power it as it has abit of a strop unless it gets its volts fix. It shoots at 310 fps on .2 bb&but this ones been downgraded to a M1000 spring to fit in with the Uk site limts.This is abit of a undertaking on some of the guns as the "quick realease" on some of these guns doesnt work.I havent got the time or know how to cover this in detail in my own video so please check out this video bellow where the chap goes into much much more detail skip to 4 mins for the bit about the spring downgrades The MG42 has a great rate of fire and decent...
